It's a lovely shop(pe) peopled by lovely people. They're helpful and super enthusiastic. They bought 9 lbs of handmade chocolate chips.
Whew! I now have pictures soon of the chocolate chip making process and also of Steve, my new assistant who will be helping out with breakfast and dinner. He'll be making breakfast and dinner. Here he is making chips.
